We process personal data provided directly by the user (e.g., name, email address, phone number, and project details) for the purpose of managing business relationships and providing requested technical services. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient business communication).
1.3 Data Retention
Personal data will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Once the business relationship or the statutory retention period has ended, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data. Refund Policy
3.1 Project Milestones
Refunds for technical services are evaluated on a milestone-by-milestone basis. If a project phase has been completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications, that portion of the fee is non-refundable.
3.2 Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project before the commencement of a specific phase with a written notice of 14 days. In such cases, a refund for the uninitiated phase will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.
3.3 Disputes
Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised in writing within 30 days of the project milestone delivery. We commit to resolving all disputes through good-faith negotiation within the framework of EU consumer protection laws.

Terms of Service
4.1 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the agreed-upon fees, the client receives full ownership and intellectual property rights to the custom-built software, code, and digital assets specifically created for the project. Next Script Grid retains the right to use anonymized technical patterns and methodologies for future development.
4.2 Limitation of Liability
Next Script Grid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
4.3 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project lifecycle. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of two (2) years.
4.4 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
